Beef jerky has been a favorite snack for centuries. However, most jerky available to consumers or out in the market place are hard, tough to chew, salty and is made with chemically processed meat. Artisan Premium Jerky, our goal is to address these concerns and craft a tastier, healthy jerky snack.
QUALITY USDA BEEF
We use USDA Choice beef which is locally sourced in California and not frozen to ensure the freshest end product. Whole muscle pieces of lean beef are trimmed by hand then sliced to proper size. Spice blends & marinades from family recipes are infused into the meat. The meat is then dried to enhance the natural flavors of the meat giving you a high protein, low-fat snacking option.

We have purposely retained the handmade element in each step of our process which is our way of preserving tradition, consistency, and ensuring the highest quality product.
